Calibrated by Karger operates an internal notification system that sends operational and system alerts by SMS text message to our staff and authorized operators.
We collect mobile numbers only from internal staff and authorized operators, provided directly to our system administrator during account setup. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for any purpose, including marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver operational alerts, including scheduled job results, system errors and failures, task and approval requests, and daily status summaries. We send no marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on system activity. Recipients can expect approximately 5 to 20 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to all messages sent and received.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by asking the system administrator to remove their number. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Mobile numbers are retained only while a recipient remains an active operator. Numbers are deleted promptly when a recipient opts out or their access ends.
