SMS Alerts — Sign-Up

Who this is for. This SMS program is available only to internal staff and authorized operators of Calibrated by Karger. It is not offered to the general public, and we do not accept sign-ups from anyone outside our organization.

To sign up for operational alerts

Ask your Calibrated by Karger system administrator to enroll you, and give them the mobile number you want alerts sent to. You will be read the disclosure below and asked to confirm out loud before any number is added.

What you are agreeing to

Calibrated by Karger's internal notification system will send you operational and system alerts by text message. These include scheduled job results, system errors and failures, task and approval requests, and daily status summaries. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

You can expect approximately 5 to 20 messages per month, depending on system activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP at any time for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How sign-up works

  1. You ask the system administrator to enroll you and provide your own mobile number.
  2. The administrator reads the disclosure above to you in full.
  3. You answer yes out loud to consent. If you answer no, or do not answer, your number is not recorded and no messages are sent.
  4. Your number is entered and you immediately receive a confirmation text.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You may also ask the administrator to remove your number. If you have opted out and later want alerts again, reply START to resume.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for any purpose. Numbers are never purchased, rented, imported from lists, or obtained from third parties — every number in our system was given to us directly by that person as part of their own sign-up.
